How to make (and use!) a Whiskey Smoker

G’day Mate, I love this smoker, I don’t have a lathe or the skills to use one, so this is ideal for me. The 40mm hole where you put the wood chips, I will place a mudguard washer of the same diameter to stop the smoker from burning too much. Cheers mate

is sawdust too small for the screen size?

I would have thought so, I think you’d end up with bits of sawdust in your drink. The wood for smoking is sold in quite big chips so that doesn’t happen.
