How to make (and use!) a Whiskey Smoker

Adding smoke to whiskey (or other cocktails) adds extra flavour and also a bit of theatre to your drinks. It's also quite easy to make one and I think it'll make a good gift to sell at my local craft fair at Christmas - for the whiskey drinker in your life! I hope you enjoy it.
