Recipe Oil Pump:
50 x Iron Ingots
20 x Steel Ingots
20 x Mechanical Parts
20 x Electrical Parts
Although the oil pump is expensive to make and run I think it's a must have for every base. No more do you have to worry about running your oil extractor full-time or forgetting to refuel the oil in your mineral extractors.

I went ahead and made it. I agree with KJ PC Gaming, it is a nice piece of equipment. I need to make more windmills and solar panels. I thought it would also run the clay extractor, but it doesn’t, so that aligns with what you found. For those of us with developed sites all over the map, we’re gonna be busy.
