How To Make Angle Grinder Slider From Square Tubes and Simple Bearings DIY TOOL

Detailed video how i make angle grinder slider from square profile tubes and bearings(Part list down below) .It is not easy to cut straight with an angle grinder, but now i can easy cut with this slider, sheet metal straight and profile tubes at an angle. Part list:

Marvellous, just loved the design, the most appreciated part of the video being the dimensions are provided for all the materials being used... I hope to make a longer frame using 3" × 1.5" rectangular section pipe, around 8' length for granite & tiles cutting, using stainless steel 304 grade... Great idea, will surely try... The drill machine being used in video was good too...

After some use i suggest bigger shaft for holding angle grinder, because 8mm is too small and deflecting on weight. I probably will upgrade to 12or 15mm shaft or pipe

thanks for kind words :) my nearest future plans: make a simple lathe for metal (I know it won't be accurate, but at least more than making parts by hand) restore horizontal mill (I have one but do not know if she works i hope i can get out some straight parts and gears) make a metal cnc mill (this is a bit further plan, but since I've learned a lot from the wood cnc router, I think something will work out for me)

@@craftzars OLá. o que voce quer dizer como "não é muito pratica". eu estou planejando fazer uma e estou nesta fase de determinar como será a base de apoio. a minha maior dificuldade e determinar como fixar as peças para corte.

Preciso fazer uma placa adicional para poder prender peças menores, porque agora é mais difícil de prender porque há intervalos de 5 cm entre as vigas de base. (eu uso o google tradutor, espero que faça algum sentido) :D

yeah very rarely does anyone indicate the size. so I made an effort and point them out in my videos. And for angled cut, dunno. Cut of that "arm" and weld at angle you need 😁
