I use Final Cut Pro to edit my videos. Not sure if iMovie lets you use Gifs!

Dry brush is under the "Inking" category in the brush library.

How can u make ur procreate in day mode? Mine is on dark mode

If you have your device set to dark mode, this might be why. I use all my devices in light mode, so by default, my Procreate app may be light mode. Not 100% sure, but I've never made any changes in the appearances and I've always used light mode. :)
