Yes sir , you can render the animation but for that you must have a premium account , I am using student edition that why that. Feature is not available for me

Is it possible to reduce volume of intro and ending a bit? They were alot louder than actual video. I was wearing earphones and has turned up the voice to hear clearly. And suddenly ending's loudness kinda made me ear hurt. But otherwise it was great video. Very helpful. Thanks alot!

Can fusion 360 indicate if the 2 gears will not work in real life based on physics? For example, if at any point of the rotation, the models are intersecting each other, can fusion 360 inform us about it and tell us that the rotation cannot be done in real life?

I don't think so , but there's one option called enable contact sets , that might help you
