Hello, so far, I have not yet made an animation for a rotating fan, but I can help you do it. You can simply start by creating the shaft and making it fixed. Then, assume you have a total of three blades. You need to set a timer, and after a set interval, create a code inside the timer to move the blades one by one to the next position. By doing this, you can divide the total 360-degree rotation into approximately five positions.
