pheadrasfall You can use banana leaves that you have grown. Chop it off, lay it in the sun or over the flame on your stove until its pliable.

Around 1998 i had a Cambodian friend. His mother made these he offered me to try one. I was perplexed by what i was eatting?? i could not remember the name for the life of me? and i barley could identify only through my taste buds were recognizing ingratiates. He said Americans don't know what honor is.....he was wrong...i was Honored to know him. And dont get me started on GuK EGGS or balut eggs he showed me quack! quack!!🐍

It's steamed, not boiled!

The other version is steamed. This one is boiled in water. They both can't be called steamed or else I'll confuse my viewers.
