You will need Art resin liquid. Mix art resin and hardener in equal amounts without making bubbles. Pour it on top of the picture and even it out. Dry it for 24 hours. Picture should be levelled. To take out the bubbles, use the heat gun.

Brother , wearing a hand gloves is not enough , have you use mask a heavy duty mask while doing resin work ? It's very very dengerous compound for lungs .
