How To Make Automatic Bird Water Feeder Homemade | DIY

We are making a automatic bird water feeder in this video. Now, you don't have to worry about filling the water bowl all the the time. It very simple and easy to make. You will only need plastic bottle, bowl and a steel wire or rope to hang.

Can someone please explain the location of the two holes on the bottle? So once flipped, one has to be higher than plate edge and one below? Or both lower than plate edge?

The two holes both need to be lower than the plate edge, the upper hole at the water level.

Make your top hole at the desired water level.
