I checked at mentioned time nothing changed. Google form id and question IDs are same. Follow steps and try yourself. Definitely work. Can you please send me both screenshot before and after on email id mentioned in about section. Thank you 😊

You can add Questions in Google Form for Check IN & OUT and Separate Coloumn ke liye data me formula use karke bhi karsakte hai. Hi but bro ..if someone snap pic of QR code he can mark his attendance at his will ..he may not be at office? Is there a way where we can program this only via scan mode and not from gallery?

As per my knowledge you can two ways for this. One is PC/Mobile around office entry to scan QR which is shared with Employee which is pay for PC/Mobile Cost. Another is GPS/Location Tracker method in Google Form which is created with GAS. Thank You.

bro agar is kisi aur ke QR code ko koi bhi scan krta rhega to kisi aur ki attendance lag jayegi . kuchh esa btaao ki jisme main scan kru to meri hi attendance lge na ki kisi aur ki . Suppose mera name Amit hai lekin main Pawan Singh ka QR code scan kruga to URL to fir bhi hit ho jayega and response add ho jayega. I think this is not perfect solution for QR attendance
