Nice presentation, almost a therapy in itself to watch, with the selected music. I've had psoriasis for over 37 years, not too bad at present, but I'm thinking this recipe would be ideal. Psoriasis is a crafty skin condition, I find something that works well, then my defective immunity, decides the cream doesn't work so well. So then I have to find something else. I'd appreciate your opinion.

Does this work for dry skin this winter? I made the other one you made for family, but each time I use, my skin feels itchy. Maybe it's the shea butter. I've noticed that anytime I make my own mix with it, I have that itchy feeling on my skin; I initially thought I got an adulterated shea butter. Did you add arrow root powder to it, if so, you should leave it out for arrow root powder reduces moisture and may dry out the skin of someone with sensitive skin.

Yes definitely. The only difference is, your avocado body butter will not have the same colour like in the video, because this intensive green is only achieved when the oil is prepared using a carrier oil. (like in the video) Nevertheless, the benefits are the same.

You can definitely leave out the powders, the reason for adding them is to make the butter feel less oily on the skin.

Glad you like the video. I used arrowroot powder because it reduces oiliness. And rice starch because it absorbs oil, reduces shine and diminishes the appearance of pores without drying out the skin. When used in skincare products, rice starch provides a long-lasting matte finish and results in a significant improvement in skin texture and moisture levels. It also soothes irritated skin
