@@carolynriverareed6368 I use two 28 ounce cans of tomato sauce… the pasta will absorb a lot of sauce as it bakes so more is better

Al dente pasta does *not* mean not fully cooked. It means that it is chewy, instead of tender. If you undercook your pasta, the pasta will soak up all of the sauce and the dish will be dry. Don't undercook your pasta. It should be cooking for at least eight minutes. Also, too much ricotta! OMG
