Make this delicious Chocolate Mousse Cake without Gelatin or Agar-Agar at home that too without oven.
SERVES: 6-7 People
INGREDIENTS:
Cake Base:
• 1/2 Cup (120 ml) Milk (दूध)
• 1 Tsp (5 ml) Vinegar (सिरका)
• 6 Tbsp (38 gm) Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
• 1 Tbsp (5 gm) Milk Powder (दूध पाउडर)
• 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Refined Oil (तेल)
• 1/4 Tsp (1.2 ml) Vanilla Essence (वैनिला एसेंस)
• 1/2 Cup (60 gm) All Purpose Flour/Maida (मैदा)
• 2 Tbsp (15 gm) Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
• ½ Tsp (2 gm) Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
• 1/8 Tsp (1/5 gm) Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा/मीठा सोडा)
Mousse:
• 150 gm Dark Chocolate (डार्क चॉकलेट)
• 1 Tbsp (7.5 gm) Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
• ¼ Cup (60 ml) Milk (दूध)
• ¾ Cup (180 ml) Whipping Cream (व्हिप्पिंग क्रीम)
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
• Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 20-25 min
• OTG/Convection: Preheat at 170°C for 10 min. Then bake for 30-35 min
