I love baklava. I am pretty experienced with opening my own home made fyllo for Greek pies (spinach/feta pie, cheese pie , leak/feta pie, etc), but never tried to open one as thin as the one needed for baklava. I will give it a shot during the festive Christmas and new years period. Cannot think of something sweeter and more welcome than a warm house filled with Turkish baklava and Greek melomakarona!

The dough is wonderful (I didn't add the vinegar, as you said) and it was very easy to roll it out thinly without breaking ❤ The only thing that didn't work out very well was my oven, because the bottom part was at a good point but the top was very clear and a little crunchy. I think I might put the oven rack higher next time. I'm going to make it several times, I'm Brazilian and I love this dessert, but it's hard to find it here. Thanks for sharing, great recipe ❤
