Easy Beef Shawarma on stove top and Tahini Sauce recipe - 4K ASMR Recipe
Very similar to Turkish doner kebab and Greek gyros; shawarma is the Middle-Eastern version of these delicious r street food across the world popular across the world.
Marinated in flavorful spices, onions and yogurt (ideally overnight), this easy homemade shawarma will give you a real Middle Eastern street food experience.
I will show you my favorite of preparing and serving shawarma at home, with delicious lavash bread, hummus and with an easy recipe for a quick tahini sauce.

Ingredients:
• 500g beef (round steak or similar fatty beef steak)
• 3 tbsp yogurt
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 1/3 cup vinegar
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp cinnamon powder
• 1 tsp paprika powder
• 1 tsp salt, optional - adjust to taste
• 2 cloves garlic, mashed
• 1 medium-sized tomato, sliced or diced
• 2 onions (1 for marinade, 1 for toppings)
• 1 tbsp sumac
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• lavash or pita bread
Tahini sauce:
• 2 cloves garlic
• 3 tbsp tahini
• Juice of one lemon
• 3 tbsp ice water
• ½ tsp salt
