BEEF SHAWARMA RECIPE
Beef 🥩 400g ( thinly sliced)
Sausage 4
All purpose seasoning 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 tspn garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tspn black pepper
1 tspn smoked paprika
Pinch of salt
For the shawarma sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 lemon
For the filling I used
4 🥕 carrots
Half medium size cabbage 🥬
1 cucumber 🥒
The best kind of wrap to use is the flat bread or PITA

This is just a suggestion cook your tortilla on the pan until it gets nice and tasty then wrap

Yes you can. I do it too and just warm it up in the microwave. ( but if you can, prepare the veggies and store separately ) so that when ever you want it you just warm up the wrap, add some dressing to the veggies and then place it on the shawarma wrap .
