HOW TO MAKE BEEF SHAWARMA

Beef shawarma:
(serves 3)
Sauce:
* 1/4cup mayonnaise
* 1/4 cup Ketchup
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice(add 1 tsp water)
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1 teaspoon red pepper(cayenne).
* 500g beef(Top sirloin cut)
* 1/2 teaspoon salt.
* 1 teaspoon onion powder.
* 2 teaspoon garlic powder.
* 1 teaspoon crushed seasoning.
* 1 teaspoon curry
* 2 tablespoon oil
* 2 pita bread
* 2 hot dogs.
* 1 cup Shredded cabbage.

I used your recipe today with a little twist. Not a hotdog fan so used bacon. More veggies; tomatoes, red bell pepper, spring onion and Lettuce (no cabbage). Yes, i went for Cayenne pepper in the sauce. Over-all, a.m.a.z.i.n.g. i used Tortillas and made for a family of 5, 2 wraps per person and every single person complimented. Thank you.
