This recipe is SO GOOD! My whole family loved it. I swapped the sake and mirin for Martini Vermouth and added more water and sugar to the teriyaki sauce. Next time I’ll make it with less soy sauce because it was way too salty for me and my family. Big ups Quang Tran for the delicious recipe!! 🙌🏽

an easier way to measure rice & making it perfect is it’s a 1:1 ratio, so 1 cup of rice = 1 cup of water & so on & so forth / hope this was helpful to anyone! :)
