You should add 2 footbridges on both sides of the train station to make walking more accessible and to make the route shorter.

Nice layout, can't wait for it to be filled out. At 12:16 I think you can add a junction connecting Cozy Street and Park Street since the avenue is kinda redundant and not connected to the grid other than through the roundabout either end of it. Oh, the lake, would be cute to rename it The Queen's Craddle to match with The King's Rest :D

26:16 You should take the roundabaout that is closest to the train station and move it a little more to the right, i think that it would give you more zoning space and more efficient urban design Love your videos

nice videos but I feel there is too little progress in recent videos, I understand it takes a lot of time to build the natural park and this neighborhood but you could've at least zoned it in this video :D
