I agree that no bird should ever live in a cage that size, but I myself made it for a different reason. A sparrow flew into my cousin’s window and broke her wing. They were using a shoe box as her cage so I made this a temporary cage until she heals her wing or I get her to a vet. Hope you understand :)

what if the bird tries to get out of the cage and it gets poked by the wood ? also the bird might fall on that kind of flooring , also needs to be bigger a bird needs space to fly in , and the water or food might spill and it wont eat or drink especially for the water because it might spill on the cardboard ,
