Thanks for the video. A tip except for lentils, you should soak dried peas overnight. We never boil dried peas without soaking them and this is the standard method in the Caribbean. The peas will cook faster and better. If you could get hold of some pumpkin (cut in very, small pieces about 1/4 lb), some coconut milk, a little tomato ketchup, 2 bay leaves, a stalk of chopped celery with some leaves, one small chopped onion, above 2 chopped cloves of garlic and green onions into the peas when they are almost cooked, the rice and peas will taste better. Give it a try.

Very nice recipe! Just one suggestion. Beans can be soaked in the water for overnight. Gets soft and fluff, Instead of cooking on the gas for half an hour!

@we know his voice How did you convince your brain to embrace the notion that a supernatural realm exists, inhabited by invisible, immortal, and all-powerful entities possessing the intelligence, authority, love, ethics, morality, integrity, compassion, and absolute right to micromanage every aspect of human existence? Did you use mind altering drugs to deaden your common senses? I don't do mind altering drugs, but without them I can't seem to get my brain to embrace this claim. What's your secret?
@weknowhisvoice9296 Жыл бұрын
@@jamesyoung1022 I'm just a person who is convinced by observable evidence. And all observable evidence supports my position. And within the context of my position so does your reply. But you wouldn't realize that because you don't understand my position.
@jamesyoung1022 Жыл бұрын
@@weknowhisvoice9296 It is a shame that you are so willing to obviously and deliberately lie to me and everyone you meet. You have no observable evidence of the existence of a supernatural realm, inhabited by invisible, immortal, and all-powerful entities possessing the intelligence, authority, love, ethics, morality, integrity, compassion, and absolute right to micromanage every aspect of human existence. You have absolutely nothing! Not only does ALL observable evidence NOT support your position but it does the exact opposite. So what was in the Kool-Aid you drank that damaged your brain to the point you can no longer make a distinction between reality and religious delusions? And why are you now so ethically bankrupt that reality and truth no longer matter to you? What happened to you?
