The sword looks pretty awesome for being a prop. I attempted the glue and paper making style to the dagger that archer uses in the fate series. It came out alright for my first try :)

You could use 5 gal paint stirring sticks for handle-to-blade support. If you use 1 gal stirrers, large craft sticks(tongue depressors) could be used to reinforce the joints.

Holy crap dude, just holy crap. Also, here's a challenge : full length Zabuza's sword this is a nice test sword as it doesnt have too much extravagent design, but the template is still fairly difficult to cut out. you can also see how the effects of such a tremendous blade would affect the sword as a whole. Im not yelling at you to make one, this is just my suggestion. I will love you and your videos whatever you choose to do. I've been subscribed since you've uploaded your fist video on paper swords, and i've seen your progress through out the years. I just want to let you know, someone appreciates what you do

I'd love to see a couple of swords from and souls series games (Dark Souls, Dark Souls 2, Bloodborne, Demon Souls, etc). Particularly Ludwig's Holy Blade and the Holy moonlight blade. Also as and added challenge, if you were to make Ludwig's Holy Blade, it would be amazing if it was both a fully functional straight sword and great sword. thanks for all the interesting tutorials and keep up the good work!

Nice sword man! I been anticipating this style for a long time, and I'm glad u finally got through to it! Some more ideas:Ichigo's zangestu, cloud's buster sword, Laharl's sword, Gut's dragonslayer, and that one Naruto character that I suprisingly can't remember the name to had a oversized sword as well. MythosBeast na, its a bit more refined than that, typically you want to use a picture that has something with a known dimension in the real world, i typically use hands and fingers if the sword is being held...this sword on the other paw...kinda hard to get a good measurement when the guy holding it is a 4 fingered furry.....

If you can't / won't make the Buster Sword, why not try making Cloud's Fusion Sword(s) from Advent Children. When fused they become as large as the buster sword but since It's made of 6 swords it should be more realistically possible than the Buster Sword, when using your method of creating swords
