How to Make Blueberry Sauce for Cheesecake | Easy Homemade Blueberry Sauce

This easy homemade blueberry sauce is perfect for cheesecakes, pancakes, waffles, ice cream, yogurts, and so many other baked goods! Homemade blueberry sauce is very easy to make and you can use fresh or frozen blueberries to make this homemade sauce. You can always adjust the sugar ratio depending on how sweet you would like this blueberry sauce to be. Stir this blueberry sauce frequently while it simmers to ensure it cooks evenly and to control the thickness of it, but keep in mind that this homemade blueberry sauce will thicken when cooled. Store this blueberry sauce in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months in a freezer safe container.
Ingredients:
4 tsp cornstarch
3 tbsp & 1/2 of a cup of water
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
5 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
