I'm fine with the AI, it's the players that ruin the game for me. I wish we had a PvE experience in Al Mazrah against just AI. Even if it is literally a one player DMZ, unmodified, so you can still do contracts, and even some missions (there is likely a cap as there are many missions requiring player kills), but I wouldn't care about that if I got the PvE mode. If I want the PvP experience, I'd queue up in that mode.

You have helped me so much when it comes to DMZ. When I first started I was absolutely horrible. I couldn’t sniff an exfil, let alone complete missions. Coming from multiplayer, I had to learn,that as a solo, run and gun was a quick way back to the main menu. Taking your time, controlling the map, and learning how to not put yourself in bad situations is everything in DMZ. Doing those things has helped me be more successful, no matter the difficulty of the A.I. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to more great content👍!

Great tips on the AI! One of the things that would make the AI easier is the AI respawn and reinforcement rate. In some spots, like Hydroelectric, you can't clear out the AI and feel good for more than a brief period before more bots span. Other games send in bots as reinforcements, especially if you are not stealthy, but not as quickly as in this game.

You missed all the med tents and Ambulances that can have AFacs, they are quick to check also. Your bot strat is stop on, drives me crazy play in team that try to fight hordes of bots out in the open like the are playing a multiplayer game haha

The bots right before season 2 reloaded were a nice place. The range where they attack got buff and they shoot at you further than before. That is my issue. Especially shotgun guys who snipe you at 100 meters

I’ve thought about making a video on the topic, I mainly play solo and you have to respect the AI and most players don’t. They just want to shoot at a whole squadron of AI and they stand there, shoot at you but shoot everywhere around you when you definitely gotta keep in mind your nearest cover. Sometimes you get surrounded with little cover and you have to choose which AI to prioritize without hesitation to basically carve you a path to cover. Gotta limit your angles to as many lines of sight as possible just like in PVP. 2 guns will beat 1. Doesn’t matter if you got one if you lost the trade off by a numbers game. Sometimes you just gotta be good and pop their heads before they get to cover and separate and you lose track of them. You think it’s safe to cross the street and they pop up behind a barricade and bam. You basically gotta bait the AI to exposing themselves. It takes more time as a solo but that’s the thrill of it for me. Solo dmz is so much more tactical and room for mistakes are minuscule.

I always liked the Chimera, even stock. But put the longer barrel on myself to help w/ mid-range battles. For the deadlines, you have to do all 4 contracts in the 6 minutes. Might not work well solo but I saw westie and stodeh crush it as a duo. They found 4 hvt's that were close to eachother, and used the heli (of course). If you do this solo, I would love to see the content😎😎😎 thanks bro!👍👍👍👍👍

There are websites where you can compare the data for all guns included fully detailed and hidden stats. I’m such findings it’s discovered that a fully kitted MCPR 300 is the same as the Victus bus essentially better in every way so myself and many others switched over to it.

they are a little to accurate and the swarm can be a little tricky, but tough AI is better than easy as it will just become a sweaty PvP game mode. I like where they are. I would like to see a small increase in ammo capacity not huge, just a little. Really nice to see you leaving other solo players alone when you don't need to farm operators. Why do some trio's seem to get great pride in rolling over a solo player, especially when the solo is just regaining or trying to finish some missions and not engaging. I'd like to see if they bring in honour/loyalty system for factions that a group rolling a solo gets negative points (unless on a mission to hunt operators) and if a solo beats a larger group they get double or triple honour/loyalty points.

i have a car ready to go, the ltv almost always because it breaks down harder. And take a look on the place you go before you make you appearance obvious. Sometimes though they are just hiding so you can;t really do anything. Also when i hear gunshots i try to add anyone on my team, just in case.

I had two hunt squads on me as a solo, first I was getting chased by a helicopter so I jumped off the freeway and into a building. Camped it until I had two down and looted, panicked about the third so I snuck out and stole the heli and booked it. Then I got hit with another same game but with the heli they couldn’t catch me. Sooner or later your going to get kill operator missions and have to pvp. Tough solo but doable.

Just practice and don’t worry about losing stuff. It’s going to happen, you will eventually die and lose your gear so it’s best to just accept that and have fun! 💪

IMO the AI are only really hard if you're out of resources, cornered in a bad spot, or fighting other players. You can avoid the first two pretty easily. The last is just a crapshoot, depending on who agros the AI and who has the better position. One more tip: slow down! Lots of new players think they just need to sprint into every situation, but it's totally okay to post up outside a hard area and watch for a minute or two, maybe try to pick off a few AI around the edges with a suppressed weapon. The longer it takes the AI to notice you, the better!

You started with 1 4 contracts in under 6 minutes. Sadly you only did 1. If you stared with say high value target(s) and get a safe or 2 you can do it. I’ve done what I can from watching players like you. I remember being at zaya with a buddy who got ran over by an ai truck. Took about 5-10 minutes to clear them but I did and got him up. Used the barrier of the road for most of the cover I used. Used a building too. Was stressful but fun. Season 2 before reloaded update

The problem with the bits is their tracking. There is no reason I should shot through a wall hit as soon as I go through a window or up a ladder. That should not be able to track hit you from 100m away

Type of DMZ player I'm is friendly player because I know for fact that DMZ is PVPvE extraction looting shooter game mode and PvP is side part of DMZ but main thing is factions missions and season 3 update will bring in new features in to DMZ

My biggest tip to counter AI is one I have a hard time remembering myself. You don't have to clear all the ai in an area where you are having a fight. Just kill enough and get out of their line of sight and location and get out of there before reinforcements from nearby areas or choppers come in. They loose interest quick.

Used to play survival, trust ai are not as bad as they can be in dmz by a long shot. You get the odd one that needs the whole clip to put down but on the whole they pretty dumb still, I mostly die from my own mistakes with ai (I’m reckless) but I really don’t like it when they spawn upstairs of a building you’ve cleared or right behind you as you leave a room, that would be nice if they fix it.

Bots are fine if not on the easy side. I liked it better when they were a bit more difficult and there were fewer exfil campers. I struggle pvp most of the time if I’m honest. Another obvious AI tip that can be quick to overlook: AIM FOR THE HEAD! Headshots down ALL enemy types faster AND avoid breaking their armor plates, making it MORE likely they drop spare plates for you 😊

missions are not bugged...they just reset as you try to complete them in next game. for example in the mission where you had to kill 2 commanders under 1 min, progress of one out of 2 shows but as you try to complete that mission again in next game, it gets resetted. after exfil game dont wipe your partial progress for the failed mission, it do so when you attempt that mission again. this is just the dumb way dmz missions works...😒

AI is a bit overpowered. But they seem inconsistent. Rarely get down by them but occasionally I’ll get downed instantly. And this is across the game, raids, coops and DMZ. Don’t know why they are still having trouble balancing it.

AI ruin the DMZ in that they behave in ways that undermine the mode. Instant reactions, instant targeting, unrelenting attacks and never ending hoards of them serve no purpose other than the frustrate progress in ways that undermine the play value the game looks to create. The AI need lots of work. Even this video shows how absurdly they behave. I love the Bobbing tip...man, I never thought of it as you describe...excellent tip!

AI parachute now🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 was solo securing a SAM site and 4 tier 3 flew in on parachutes 🪂 scared the hell out of me. Lol
