I've noticed that if im running a hostage contact the comms vest doesnt work anymore. its happened to me 3 times so far. For console with an auav, the AI will show up as the square and real people show up as the circle with direction arrow. On PC its bugged and shows the circle with direction arrow for both AI and operators.

The old P 90 that turned players into cubes was fun, and that M4 turning them into gold is cool, I like the way that as soon as they change into gold you no longer need to be concerned if they are actually dead or not

One of the things I have noticed in normal MP and a bit in DMZ is that when I get packet burst, I am close to a player. and I have heard rumors about some hacks making players lagg and so far what I can tell from my own experiences in the game its seems to be some kind of lag hack people are using.

I’ve felt that way about the game since season 1. There definitely is a lag switch people use because I start rubber-banding when I get close to players

Great vid as always! As i understand it, the ‘packet burst’ issue is related to pings and packet loss. This is usually a result of wi-fi connection speeds, but I’ve got the same problem on my XbX which has a hardwired connection. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

@@Siah_hell yeah they broke it unfortuneately. btw markus go to the sniper door that requires a skeleton key, you can grab one o the vests through the wall. 90% of the time it will be a stealth vest, but 10% of the time it'll be a comms vest

The hostage chopper that lands above the main harbor is good for killing a jug for that mission. Just set the hostage down outside the chopper or if you're on a team have one of your fellows hold him and hope the jugs up there. You can get your launcher ai kills pretty easy that way as well

If u kill the commander from the chopper it does work. U flew off before it technically crashed maybe the reason it didn’t storm but I have personally done it so I know it 100% works.

Re: Comms Vest + UAV, FYI for me has always had the original square dots for AI and pointy deals for players. Been like that since they came out...but for some reason I see with all streamers is the UAV is all pointy deals, can't tell what is AI and what is player.

I think it's a bug with the pc version, console players get the proper advanced uav (which shows bots and players in different ways)

I don’t know if it’s a PC issue but incase you’re unaware as a console player our Uav has a separate icon for Players and Ai being solid squares and non solid for Ai also Advanced Show the big icon and Ai as normal squares, so when you were hiding with the Ai during that Advanced any console player could see you there with zero issue.

My comms vest talks so much on Ashika that my friend is convinced it's broken, tells me players nearby on Ashika, we use an advance UAV and nobody anywhere near us. I do have to mention that it happens later on in the match after downing and picking up other players to increase our team past 3+, which I'm sure most people know combining to make a team of 6 is buggy as hell. My guess is that it is still registering my new teammates as still being enemies.

I’m not sure if you know, if a player has a stealth vest on you’ll still get a notification enemies are close by (within the 100m) picked up by your comms vest however it won’t show up in a normal uav or heartbeat sensors etc. Or it could be you’re 100% correct and it’s buggy.

Unless this just changed on console the comms vest did work as intended. Alerts and the UAV/advanced UAV differentiated players and AI….. I heard it’s bugged on PC🤷🏻‍♂️

Lil tip I use when taking out commander helo is to use armor piercing rounds it makes it quicker

When I did the kill operator from heavy chopper, I went final exfil with a team of 6. I was on the chopper and my teamate killed a player coming to it and they were both not on the chopper. And it still counted.

I had a similar issue where I was running towards an exfil. My vest didn’t tell me anything so I wasn’t really paying attention. And all of a sudden I get dropped by a player. At first I thought he might’ve had a ghost vest but now I doubt it

ghost vests does not counter the comm vest callout, at least from what I have seen. It happens to me as well that the vest doesn't notify me but I don't know why (maybe a bug?)

i would love a SOLO only mode.. no squading up... along with a duo mode.. no squading up.. leave Trios alone, let that mode be a bit wide open.. but, really, we need just like WZ, Plunder, etc, a SOLO and Duo only mode. latency, packet burst, clipping.. its been horrible this year, not this season, this year.. servers need massive upgrades, but, hey, at least we have $30 BUNDLES and $30 battle pass we can buy. right ??
