First I would like to say your recipe is very good. I make it several times a week. Second. When I saw you use chop sticks I thought 'well, to each their own'. But I thought I would give them a try. I love using them. Mostly because there is not a messy spoon or whisk or hands. The chop sticks have very little on them and it just wipes off so easy! So thank you for the bread recipe and the helpful hint!

I just made a loaf today and I must say that it was by far the EASIEST bread recipe I’ve ever tried!! The bread turned out extremely moist,buttery and soft! (And I truly appreciate that eggs or milk weren’t required to make it!) 10/10 highly recommend! My family and I loved it! The good bread at my grocery store deli is from 6-8 dollars per loaf. Last week I bought two 5lb bags of flour two for one for five dollars. I can make simple delicious bread with a kind of assembly line style process, food mixer, and minimal effort. Out of those two 5lb bags I can make at least 10 loaves of bread, probably more. The cost savings is huge.

I used to make bread like this that took most of the day but after several spinal surgeries I've mostly used my bread maker except Italian bread which stops at the dough stage so I can finish by hand. Really nice bread recipe!! I'm addicted to bread making I have purchased some things to use, bowls, danish whisk, flour's etc. OH...... By the way...... Did I mention o have never tried it yet 🤣 There's just been things in my way.... No honestly! Now... I don't have an oven So I purchased a convection oven..like microwave size. Nope ... LoL It blows fuses in this old building where we are living for now. 😏 But it's ok I will keep watching these arnd learning and someday soon I pray I WILL make something that looks and taste's as good as this loaf does 🌷

I've been making dried potato flake bread for years. It is delicious but you have to deal with a delay time of building and feeding the starter. And it makes three loaves at a time which can be wasteful. This is so much easier and looks fantastic! I'm definitely going to give it a try! Thanks!

Try a pan of hot water in the bottom of the oven when you proof the dough. Leave the pan when you bake. You will be amazed at the difference it makes.
