Perhaps if you apply a bit of oil on the kneading paddle, it will not be stuck in the loaf?

Hi I followed your instructions but can’t get the programme button to move off number 1. I bought second hand. Could it be broken. It’s doing something now but stayed on the number 1 programme. I needed 9 as wanted gluten free loaf. Would appreciate your advice.
