Hello everyone! This is a great video and those ribs look delicious. I will have to make some beef ribs; I am so used to the pork ones. When you said to use "elbow grease," it reminded me of the time that I told someone to do that and he replied to me, "Where you buy that at?!" I was no good for the rest of the day. Hi !! Daddy's Kitchen & Sasha Happy Sunday to you both ... Wow the brown stew beef ribs looks Devine.. Sasha yes I clean my meat with vinegar, lemon , salt .. its a must to clean your meat .. I also use vinegar to wash my fruits, vegetables. I am so blessed that I came across this channel this year.. I am hooked on the channel Daddy's kitchen have given so many ideas ... I will be making the brown stew beef ribs for Memorial weekend with some potato salad, baked beans, greens.. we appreciate you how you think about all of us this is right up my alley because I don't eat pork ribs . Just curious why you guys use so many dried seasonings? Of course I understand some things may not be able to be bought fresh locally/seasonally but for instance you’re using granulated onion and garlic as well as fresh… I always try to stay away from dried ingredients wherever possible. Thanks for the inspiration, I just got a huge rack of ribs from the butcher and would love to braise them. One love
