What a great learning and teaching opportunity for your daughter. She handled the frustration very well. Many 10 year-olds would have thrown their hands in the air and stomped from the room. GREAT JOB!! Thank you for teaching us and allowing us to learn the challenges as well as the rewards.

My son, grandson and I are going to make butter today after watching this. We plan on using a hand mixer as we don’t have a counter top one. Maybe even make some farmers cheese for the freeze dryer!

Good job making butter. You can always use the food processor. It's less clean up
