Hello Rozy and all you lovely folks, I'm a home cook and have been making most of my own food most of my life. I'm 72 now and always fascinated to see new techniques like this no-oven cake. I do have one friendly suggestion. If you want to have the cake with a flatter top, just push tbe dough up the sides of the mold from the middle. be gentle with the dough don't over work it. I find this makes a flatter cake after it's baked. Thank you Rozy for these clever ideas. I often make things by hand rather than with electric machines. Be well all, from Mexico Jacques, retired
