Lindsay Gomez hello! my mother is gluten free and has been so for 6 years. we found that in baked goods or pancakes and such, chickpea flour works really well. when raw it does taste like chickpeas but cooked, it tastes like regular flour! anyways I know this was not your question but I thought it could help.

Gabriela Carranza its an intolerance so basically, wheat contains gluten so you replace it with other stuff like rice flour, corn flour, etc. there are lots of gluten free products in stores
