How to make calico cookies

2/22は、にゃんにゃんにゃんで猫の日！ということで
三毛猫のクッキーを作りました！！
3色の生地でかわいい模様を作ってみて下さい！🤍
【三毛猫クッキー】
無塩バター　60g
粉糖　50g
塩　ひとつまみ
卵黄　ひとつ
◯薄力粉　100g
◯アーモンドパウダー　30g
ココアパウダー　適量
◯の粉類は合わせて振るっておく
オーブンを170℃に予熱
1.バターを柔らかくなるまで混ぜる。
2.粉糖を2回に分けて加えて、その都度混ぜる。
3.白っぽくなるまで混ぜたら、塩をひとつまみ加える。
4.卵黄を加え混ぜる。
5.◯の粉類を2回に分けて加えて、切るように混ぜる。
6.生地がまとまったら3つに分ける。（ひとつは少し多めに取り分ける）
7.少し多めに取り分けた生地は、プレーンのまま
残りのふたつの生地はそれぞれ焦茶色、薄茶色になるようココアパウダーを加え混ぜる。
8.冷蔵庫で2時間休ませる。
9.同じ色が重ならないようランダムに生地を並べる。
10.生地を伸ばし型をぬく。
11.170℃のオーブンで10〜13分焼く。
Tortoiseshell Cat Cookies
60g unsalted butter
50 g powdered sugar
A pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
100 g flour
30 g almond powder
A dash of cocoa powder
Shake all the flours together.
Preheat oven to 170℃.
Mix butter until softened.
Add powdered sugar in two parts, mixing each time.
3. Mix until the mixture turns white, then add a pinch of salt.
Add egg yolks and mix.
Add the flour mixture in two batches and mix to incorporate.
When the dough comes together, divide it into three portions. (Divide one a little more than the other.) 7.
7. Leave the slightly larger portion of dough plain.
For the other two doughs, add cocoa powder and mix to dark brown and light brown, respectively.
Let rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
9. Arrange the dough randomly so that the same color does not overlap.
10. Roll out the dough and unmold.
Bake in the oven at 170°C for 10 to 13 minutes.

このネコクッキー最高です！ 昨日からネコクッキーに挑戦していますが、チョコで色付けするのに苦戦しています。まだ出来ていません😢 11匹のネコたちを保護して飼っています。この数年で、天国に行った何匹かのネコたちを思い出して、ネコの記念日クッキー制作しています。このやり方で再挑戦してみますね😂
