60 g butter
50 g powdered sugar

Decoration
Strawberry powder, to taste
Red food coloring, to taste
White chocolate chips, to taste
1 piece of roasted milk chocolate
White chocolate ganache (white chocolate:whipped cream = 3:1)
Chocolate ganache (chocolate:whipped cream = 2:1)
2 pieces white chocolate
1 piece bitter chocolate
A few sprigs of chocolate
A little matcha (powdered green tea)
1. Mix softened butter with powdered sugar until it turns white.
2.Add egg yolks.
3.Add salt.
4.Sift in the flour from â³ïž.
5.Mix until the dough comes together and let rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
6.Roll out the dough to 3mm thickness. (Separate the plain dough and the green tea flavored dough to make strawberry cookies.)
7.Cut the dough into cake molds.
8.Bake in a preheated oven at 160â for 10 to 12 minutes. (Cover with aluminum foil halfway through baking.)
9.Turn the plain cake batter into pink color with strawberry powder and food coloring. Combine with matcha dough to form strawberry shapes and bake in the oven at 160â for 6 to 7 minutes.
10.Temper the roasted milk chocolate and pour it into the molds.
11.Fill the plain and matcha cakes with white chocolate ganache and the cocoa cakes with chocolate ganache.
12.Coat the surface of the plain cake with white chocolate, the matcha with matcha chocolate, and the cocoa with bitter chocolate.
13.Decorate each piece.
