I've heard of this "infusion" method....but I haven't totally looked into it. Im just starting my journal and kinda confused between FECO, RSO, tincture, then I've seen RSO "tincture" at various hempflowers sites....even to more complicate things....lol. I've used the RSO 💉 and the tincture dropper for tincture dosing from my medical dispensary....but kind of scared to try an RSO tincture LOL, I feel it's easier to measure out a 🍛 size thicc "dab" from a 💉 compared to a medicine dropper. lol

you could infuse it into MCT Oil....and make a FECO, full spectrum using the whole plant. just infuse the decarboxylated bud into MCT oil with some lecithin

no pieces left behind....lol. Just start low, and increase slowly ;) The thing about tincture that I like, is I CAN start with a small dose, wait a 20 minutes if Im not getting a desired affect. cause yea Im sure the shake/trim will be less potent.

it all has cannabinoids to pull from the plant. Im waiting for my decarb "ez bake oven" to come in LOL cant wait, so been reading everything lol. I love this, cause there's no product left behind.....I've heard of people even "steeping" the stems after this process....in a tea form. But after soaking in a jar for 2+ weeks I can't see much beneficial being left behind in the stems. it's just amazing, cause you won't necessary smoke em, but we can infuse with them lol.

I personally would not recommend it, one of the "glories" of using tincture is the sublingual dosing....drop the tincture dosed right under your 👅 where it can soak straight into the capularies and into the blood stream. If you just drink it, the tincture will have to go through the stomach acid and digestive system....so the dosing "may" not be as high.....since the stomach acid mayu dissipate a lot of the goodies.....before they make it down to the liver for the liver enzymes to active it.

Yes you can use other liquors however it may not be as potent. Vodka is especially great at extracting medicinal properties.

tincture is going to "hit" a little different for everyone, the biggest thing I always recommend the sublingual route, drop a couple drops under the tongue and let it sit there and salivate....longer exposure is better, obviously. but the alcohol helps the THC get down into the blood stream

decarbing is the very first step, correct. there's many different ways to do it. I prefer to vaporize my flower in my dry herb vaporizer
