How to make Cantonese Rice Dumplings (Zongzi)廣東鹹肉糭 😋😋😋So delicious

Hello everyone 😊, today I want to show you guys how to make Cantonese Rice Dumplings (Zongzi)廣東鹹肉糭 for Dragon Boat Festival 端午節. It is a traditional Chinese rice dish made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo leaves. Then They are cooked by boiling. After cooking, the flavor from the pork marinade penetrate into each grain of rice. The meat becomes so tender that it almost melts in your mouth. You may serve Zongzi warm, as breakfast, snack or as a staple of a dinner 😋
INGREDIENTS:
Bamboo leaves 128 pieces
Short grain sweet rice 1500g
Peeled split mung bean 650g
Pork belly 900g
Dried shrimps 90g
Dried scallops 16 pieces
Salted egg yolks 32 pieces
Pork belly marinated ingredients
Five spice powder 1 Tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Shaoxing cooking wine 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Short grain sweet rice marinated ingredients
Salt 1 Tbsp
Oil 2 Tbsp
Split mung bean marinated ingredients
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Sand ginger powder 2 tsp
Oil 1 Tbsp
