Oh my gosh! That looks so cool! I was losing my mind not being able to see your video because my news feed has been nothing but bad news, amid all of this chaos going on in the world. I needed something to bring me a little bit of cheer, and this definitely did it. Your wall looks phenomenal! If you seriously build the ENTIRE castle, I might just die from it's glory. You never disappoint when it comes to building amazing battle fields and scenery. Keep it up!

Very good process detailing video. Just on couple of tip if you want to gain time and work: use a pyrosaw to cut trouw multiple pieces, and use a sponge to apply the multipurpose filler, it is faster and come back after with a watered sponge to cleaner it after. Good luck for the next!

I'm not sure if you said this somewhere else or not, but for the Final Minas Tirith, what will the dimensions be (Assuming 1:1 scale with miniatures)? are you going to have the army sizes to scale as well? for such a gigantic battlefield, how are you guys gonna reach the troops in the center? i think Minas tirith will be like 4-5metres across. Do you trust yourselves to tip-toe through thousands of plastic orcs?
@Zorpazorp4 жыл бұрын
Not really sure to be honest, at this point we're just aiming for a serious portion of the first two levels, and we'll keep adding to that over time. Bu "full scale", we mean that the components we build are in the appropriate scale to 28mm, not that we're building the entire city. At 28mm scale Minas Tirith is 7 meters high and has a diameter of about 5m Haha!! But if we get enough people working on it maybe we will get it to that size one day Haha. As for the armies, we wont have too much of the fields so it's easy to access the walls, with troops simple moving on to the board edge near the gates, or the bases of siege towers. We'll probably line it up with my existing Pelennor Fields board too. I'd say we're aiming for about 5m length of wall to start with :)
