How to Make Chaga Tea: A Skeptics View

I've been making chaga tea for about 15 years, purely as a novelty. I typically avoid talking about any medicinal mushrooms like the plague, but I do genuinely love this mushroom, mostly for it's beauty, and that it's used to make a hot drink.
I go over how I harvest and process them, and after there's a little story time where I read some of the newest info I've read on them. Long story short, there's been no new clinical studies on it and I don't think we honestly know if it does anything. It does have some side effects though, and learning about the oxalate content was new to me. If nothing else, watch the direct to camera at the end.
