Should not a Balti be cooked in the same pan in which it is served? But then I suppose thats only in Birmingham, where traditional Balti restaurants have now considerably reduced . But this is fine.

Correct. Purchase them balti bowls and replicate at home, a bit of ub40 on close your eyes and ya in birmingham 😉 😀
