From a food safety standpoint you should always wash your hands after handling raw meat. After touching the raw chicken he touches corriander and the serving dish, but he's making a video. He probably doesn't do it when he's working. Some food safety managers believe beard snoods increase the risk of hair contamination because people touch their face more. Food preparers should never ever wear gloves (unless its for personal safety) as you don't know if a glove is dirty, but you do know if your skin is.

I am perhaps lucky here in that Dudley, close to where I live has three very good Asian cash and carries. What I would say however is that if you still hope to get your subscriber list up to 100k then you need to get more videos on screen. I think that these should concentrate more on the curry dishes as I am sure that they are the ones most people would go for. e.g. Dupiaza, Dansak, Pathi, Vindaloo, Korma etc.
