How To Make Chicken Patty Sandwiches From Leftover Chicken On A Blackstone Griddle. Got leftover chicken? Make crispy chicken patty sandwiches! This is just a basic recipe to show you how easy these are to make. Now, you can adjust the seasonings in your chicken mix, add shredded cheese, make them spicy, the combinations are only limited by your imagination. And, this is such an easy and delicious way to use up some leftover chicken. These are great for lunch or dinner and for the adventurist, toss a fried egg on top for breakfast! :)
I used approximately 4 cups of shredded chicken, 2 eggs, 1.5 TBS mayonnaise, (if you use more ingredients, up this to 1/3 cup) half as much mustard (optional) and a 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs. AKA Basic. Form into patties and fry to crisp them up and long enough for them to firm up a bit. Top with your favorite toppings to make the ultimate chicken sandwich and serve with your favorite side.
