Looks good. I make mine with a little poultry seasoning, splash of ranch dressing in the mayo and a squeeze of lemon juice. I also add shredded carrots. Sometimes I put in apples and sometimes grapes. Now I'm hungry!

I loved watching you wipe off the edge of the dish after you mixed it! My Mom always taught me to mix my salads up in a different bowl so you could pour it into a clean bowl and it would look neat. I do the same thing you did sometimes when I don't want to dirt another bowl! It is just one of many similarities that I feel that I have with you. We were so lucky to have Mom's to show us the right way to do things!!

Love your simple recipe for chicken salad. Simple recipes are always the best. I never thought of the small croissants. I agree that rotisserie chickens make the best salad. I use a large stainless steel bowl to mix then I transfer to the storage container and into the fridge. Keep making these great videos!

Those look SO good! This recipe is exactly the same as the one I was taught to make over 40 years ago when I first went to work in a little snack bar that was run by my husbands Aunt. Love this! So simple but delicious! I have even made this a few times using canned chicken and McCormick rotisserie chicken seasoning when the store ran out of chicken. Poldark is one of my favorite shows! After binge watching the entire series I bought all the books.

Yes! Chicken salad on a croissant is the best, and roasted (not boiled) chicken is the best. I sometimes put dried cranberries and/or chopped water chestnuts or walnuts in mine as well. Thanks for the yumminess!
