I really like this guy as he is to the point. Doesn't need to talk and fill airtime with senseless banter.

I love your content so much! I’m off of work today so I’m lounging at round relaxing and I realized I’ve been spending the past couple hours watching your videos! I fell down a KZbin rabbit hole! I’d love to see your take on chicken vesuvio 🙂

I’m really really surprised that you don’t have more subs. I love this style of KZbin-cooking, similar to Binging with Babish or Adam Ragusea, with simple, beautiful recipes, and well-filmed and edited videos. Keep it up man!

I've only had this in a pizzaria that also has some dishes on the menu in the Bronx. It's not that popular for some reason when you look up recipes. When I go to a restaurant that does have it, it's often Veal which I enjoyed and other times ask for the chicken substitute. I've also seen it come up as "Sorrentino" so which is it? LOL Either way, I'm so happy I landed here because your recipe is exactly what I needed to attempt it at home and closest to what I remember.

@@SipandFeast, I love the video and the meal! I have ordered it before in Italian restaurants, but would love to make it at home. I actually love all the thin sliced chicken dishes, piccatta, franchese, etc.

It looks like you can pretty much make this ahead of time and just give it a good heat up in the oven as directed at the end, no?

@SipandFeast4 жыл бұрын
Hey thank you! Either way I make it I end up removing the sauce and keeping some of it on the side. I did the sheet pan here because normally I'm making a bunch of it and like to line up the cutlets.

Can you make veal sorrentino the same way?
@SipandFeast4 жыл бұрын
Absolutely! I love it with veal. I would just sear the cutlets quickly and get them out of the pan so that they don't overcook when you finish them in the oven.

Hey this was an early video of mine. I agree this is way too fast and probably needs at least 10 minutes because there a lot of parts to this recipe. The written recipe with process shots is on my blog too if you're interested. Thanks for the comment.
