Ingredients and recipe
Chicken - 1,200 kilograms (wings cut in half, boneless legs cut in half, half a chicken breast cut into pieces)
Onion - one piece
Carrots - 2 pieces
Parsnip - one piece
Parsley root - one piece
Celery - 100 grams
Red bell pepper - one piece
Canned chopped tomatoes - 200 grams
Tomato paste - one tablespoon diluted with 4 tablespoons of water
Borscht - 400 milliliters
Noodles - 30-40 grams
Salt - 3 teaspoons
Chopped green walnut
Chopped green parsley
Onions, carrots, parsnips, parsley root, celery and bell pepper are washed and finely chopped.
Borscht is boiled and strained
Portion the meat and wash it, then boil it in 2 liters of water (always in cold water) together with salt.
Remove the foam and after the first boil, the soup will boil on low heat for 20 minutes.
Add the chopped vegetables and cook together for another 20 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, borscht and noodles.
Boil everything for 4-5 minutes.
Add salt, if needed, and parsley.
The soup is ready!
