Hot Chili Jam/ Sweet Chilli Sauce
Pepper 300 g ( 6 of them are hot peppers, the rest are kapya peppers )
240 g granulated sugar
1 teaspoon lemon
2 tablespoons water
Its making:
1. First of all, clean the cores of the hot peppers by putting on your gloves.
2. Thinly slice the peppers from length to length and then chop into cubes.
3. Finely chop the kapya peppers in the same way.
4. Put the chopped peppers in a saucepan and add the sugar to them.
5. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the saucepan and mix.
6. continue to mix by adding 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
7. Leave to cook over low heat, stirring occasionally to check the consistency of Decoction...........Decoction...........
8. After getting a consistency, cover the bottom, cool and serve.
