The process of making zongzi is as follows:
Prepare the materials. Choose fresh zongzi leaves, high-quality glutinous rice, and favorite stuffing, such as jujube , bean paste , meat and so on. Prepare enough cotton thread for tying zongzi.

Cook zongzi. Place the wrapped dumplings in a large pot and add enough water to cover them. When the heat comes to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about four to five hours. The longer it is cooked, the more it will taste.
Cool the zongzi. The cooked dumplings need to be taken out and cooled naturally. After cooling, you can store the dumplings in the refrigerator for a period of time, or you can eat them directly.
