Love your passion for Babka and wonderful teaching style. Enjoyable to follow. Thanks!! I’ve heard wonderful things about the Breads Bakery Chocolate Nutella Babka recipe so I decided to try the recipe posted on the Breads Bakery web site but it came out more like dense bread instead of Babka… and now I see why. The posted Breads Bakery recipe is not at all what you show in your video. Different ingredients (milk vs water) among many other important differences. The recipe says to follow the Breads Bakery challah recipe (which I did) up to the braiding and filling part. For anyone reading this - don’t bother. It’s not very good. The dough is incredibly dense. I was about to trash the Breads Bakery Nutella Babka recipe and move on to one that I typically follow (and love) for cinnamon Bab - just sub the filling with Nutella - but I will try your version first in case I am missing out on a truly magical Babka moment. :-) Thanks!
