If you're making chocolate with cocoa powder and coconut oil compared to a commercially produced chocolate bar, the homemade version might have a lower melting point due to the coconut oil. It could be more sensitive to temperature changes and may melt more easily when touched. Commercial bars often contain stabilizers, which can make them more resistant to melting. Proper packaging and storage can help mitigate melting concerns for both homemade and store-bought chocolates.

can you tell what stabilizer for chocolate we can use in order for the chocolate to not melt right away?

Or you just temper it properly, like it should be. She should have created one massive bar from the chocolate she made, then remelted it to 45c, brought it down to 28c, then back up to 31c, THEN poured them into her moulds for final product. Then they would have a decent snap, higher melting point and a way better mouthfeel. You don't need stabilisers

@@Mebs12 Yo, I'm not being rude kid, I'm stating a fact, avocados don't taste like chocolate and neither does olive oil, they have different tastes to them... It would be better using coconut oil in the chocolate making process because coconuts are natural sweet and the coconut flavour would actually help to make the chocolate taste better...

Make real milk chocolate, it doesn't use any oil. Just the Cacao fruit, roasting, sugar, and milk. Takes longer but only needs 2 ingredients. However with the recipe in the video you don't actually need any oil at all. The cacao butter does everything you need it to do. So I'm not sure why she put both cacao butter as well as oil in the same recipe.
