Ingredients:
1000 grams = 1 kilo of multipurpose wheat flour with + 12% protein.
8 grams of salt = 1 dessert spoon.
110 grams of butter or margarine.
185 grams of sugar.
2 small eggs type A = 75 grams.
50 grams of fresh yeast or 25 grams of instant yeast.
300 grams of dark chocolate.
300 grams of chocolate for coverage.
125 grams of cream.
A total of 380 gr of water was used = 380 ml including the 250 ml that were used to activate the yeast.
