well it can be awkward when you’re both professional chefs but one has to act like a student to serve as an expository vehicle for us the audience pretending to “learn” the recipe for us viewers

@@kozmobluemusic i intend the comment as a critique on production, not as an invitation to explain why it is that way. sometimes actors and hosts don't have chemistry and you bring someone else in, they didn't do that here and it made the segment too weird to watch for me.
