I tried making cc cookies over the holidays using the instructions from the cc bag and they either came out flat and dark or flat and raw. I tried using a scooper and the middle would be like little raw mountains and the side would be dark. Then I used a teaspoon and just flat dark and raw. Turned down oven and not much different less raw but still too dark. What am I doing wrong? I will try this recipe soon though after my wrist heals. I broke it Sunday and surgery is Thursday and wow wee does it hurt! Thanks for the recipe.

The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree " !Your daughter is beautiful , talented and has great cooking skills ! :) Some people use "the apple don't fall too far from the tree" to start an insult but I couldn't think of a phrase !
